Home Automation system with video Distribution.

Situated Overlooking the Wimbledon Tennis Arenas, it is one of two houses built on the site; we designed a home automation system with CCTV, Video Door entry, Smart Lighting and multi-room audio and video system, this project also included Data Cable installation and Wireless Network.

• Control4 Home Integrated system controller, controlled via 6 remote controls with on screen interfaces, a fixed touchscreen and iOs Application.
• Rako Smart dimmable lighting system in all main areas integrated into the control4 automation system.
• Control4 distributed 4K Video system so they can view 4K SKY Q, 4K Apple TV and CCTV in 6 rooms on Samsung QLED UHD screens.
• 2N Door Entry at the gates with internal keypads at the top of the drive integrated into the control4 and Grandstream phone system.
